CECA-L Listserv for CECA Members

CECA-L is a mailing list is to assist members of the Connecticut Educators Computer Association (CECA) to learn from one another and to share ideas relating to technology. CECA is a non-profit group of Connecticut educators who support teachers in their work to integrate technology into the teaching and learning process of their classrooms.

 Subscribing and Unsubscribing to a listserv must be done from the email address which you will use to send and receive messages.

If you have changed email accounts since you subscribed to CECA-L or if you are having trouble with the listserv please email Paul Hunter at   Subject: Listserv Problem and he will try to solve your problem.

 How to Subscribe to CECA-L

To subscribe to this list, send an email to with no subject and the following text in the body of the message:

SUBSCRIBE CECA-L Your-First-Name Your-Last-Name

where you substitute your first and last name for the "Your-First-Name" and "Your-Last-Name" portions in the above example.  Make sure that you remove any automatically placed signature or background from your message.  Send the message as plain text.

To send a message to this list, send an email to

with an appropriate subject.

When you receive a message from the CECA-L list to which you wish to reply, merely use the command for replying (usually REPLY). Your response will go automatically to ALL members of this list.
